Cardiovascular (13%): Hypertension & hypertensive crisis; Coronary artery disease / acute coronary syndrome. Pulmonary (10%): Asthma & COPD; Pneumonia (community-acquired, atypical). Gastrointestinal / Nutritional (9%): GERD & peptic ulcer disease; Inflammatory bowel disease (Crohn's vs ulcerative colitis). Musculoskeletal (9%): Osteoarthritis & rheumatoid arthritis; Low back pain & spinal stenosis. Eyes, Ears, Nose & Throat (EENT) (7%): Otitis media & externa; Sinusitis & pharyngitis.
