How our questions are built and reviewed

AnyExamEasy is a study tool. It is not an official exam, and it does not guarantee a score, a license, or a job. This page is the quality bar we actually run.

Content weights

Timed practice forms pull student-eligible items into the official category weights: NCSBN Client Needs for NCLEX-RN, NABP domain weights for NAPLEX, NBME and FSMB organ-system ranges for USMLE, AANPCB domain and age-group weights for AANP FNP, the NCCPA blueprint for PANCE, and the FSBPT outline for NPTE-PT. A form that cannot fill those weights is not padded with a made-up mix.

43,308 questions, including 216 items in 36 case studies and 48 standalone NGN items are student-eligible right now. A question is one scored item: a student-eligible bank row, a published standalone NGN item, or a published item inside a published case study. The case study itself is not an extra question. Active means published and not retired. Drafts, hidden items, memory cards, and library case sets are not included.

The quality gate

A question reaches a student session only when it is active, marked qa-passed, and still student-eligible. Items that fail a structural check — a bad key, a broken format, or an editorial retire — are flagged and hidden. Hiding does not delete the stem, the options, the key, or the rationale. A later repair can restore the same row.

Questions are AI-assisted and pass automated quality checks. Not every item has been individually reviewed by a clinician.

1,356 NCLEX questions are currently suppressed and stay out of student practice until that repair. The count is read from the bank on this page load.

Separately, 48 standalone NGN items and 216 items in 36 case studies are published. They are written to the 2026 NCSBN test plan, with cited sources.

Our clinical reviewers

  • Ryan Chishimba, PharmD

Leads pharmacy content review (NAPLEX and pharmacology).

  • Ileen Chishimba, RN

Leads nursing content review (NCLEX-RN/PN). This is an ongoing role.

USMLE, PANCE, NPTE-PT, and AANP FNP questions are mapped to the official content outline and pass the quality gate.

Rationales and sources

When an item stores references — a test plan, an open textbook, or a standard society source — that citation is shown with the rationale. If an item has no stored source, we do not invent one for the screen. Blog posts that discuss a board link the official outline they are describing.

Report an issue

Every rationale has a Report an issue control. The report is saved for review with the question, the answer you selected, and a short reason. You can also write support@anyexameasy.com or call (214) 883-6375.

Corrections

A confirmed flaw is corrected on the row or suppressed until it is safe to serve again. We do not silently delete the original item to make a report disappear. We do not promise a reply window we cannot keep. A content fix is not an automatic refund. Billing rules are on the refunds and cancellation page.
