1. Agreement and parties

Any Exam Easy is a software product and service operated by AI Software Product Solutions, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). References to "Any Exam Easy" mean the Service offered by the Company.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Any Exam Easy website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Disclaimers. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

2. Service description

Any Exam Easy provides AI-generated study materials for educational and self-assessment purposes only. Content is not a substitute for accredited instruction, clinical judgment, licensure exam prep guarantees, or professional certification.

We do not guarantee exam scores, grades, employment outcomes, licensure, certification, or the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content. You are solely responsible for verifying facts against authoritative sources before relying on them in academic or professional settings.

Content related to medicine, nursing, pharmacy, or other health fields is for study support only and does not constitute medical, nursing, or pharmacy advice, diagnosis, or treatment guidance.

AI-generated questions, explanations, and exam content may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. Always verify critical facts against authoritative textbooks, course materials, and official exam prep resources before relying on them.

Practice progress, readiness, and mastery scores shown in the app are derived from your in-app question attempts only. They are self-assessment tools for study planning and are not predictors of board exam scores, pass rates, or licensure outcomes.

Content is for educational and self-assessment purposes only. Features, pricing, and availability may change. This is not medical, nursing, or pharmacy advice.

Stories, quotes, and personas on our marketing pages are composite or illustrative examples created for demonstration only. They are not verified reviews, endorsements, or depictions of actual customers or guaranteed outcomes. Any described or implied results are not typical, are not guaranteed, and vary widely based on individual effort, prior knowledge, study time, and exam conditions. Past performance of other learners cannot predict your results.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. One person may not share login credentials except as expressly permitted by the Service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, pose security risks, or are used for fraud or abuse.

If your subscription lapses, is canceled, or expires, you may log in to your existing account and reactivate by resubscribing or updating your payment method. Access is restored automatically when payment is successfully processed.

4. Subscriptions, billing, and payments

4.1 Free trial and signup

A valid payment method is required to start a free trial. Unless legacy introductory pricing applies, you are not charged at signup; your saved payment method is charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. After your trial or paid period, subscriptions renew automatically on your saved payment method at the price and billing interval you selected unless canceled before renewal.

Free trials are limited to one per email address unless we authorize otherwise in writing.

4.2 Recurring billing and auto-renewal

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current rate for the billing interval you selected (for example, monthly, every three months, every six months, or yearly) until canceled. By subscribing, you authorize AI Software Product Solutions, LLC and its payment processor to charge your saved payment method on a recurring basis. You may update your payment method or cancel renewal through Settings and the Stripe customer billing portal.

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers. Stripe's terms and privacy policy apply to payment processing.

4.3 Refunds and access after cancellation

All payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you cancel, you retain access through the end of the billing period you have already paid for. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time within a paid period.

4.4 Plan changes

During a free trial, plan changes apply when billing starts at the end of the trial. On a paid subscription, plan changes are scheduled to take effect when your current billing period ends; you are billed at the new rate only when the switch occurs, not when you schedule it.

4.5 Payment failure

If a recurring payment fails, premium study features may be suspended immediately until the payment method is updated and payment succeeds. You may update your payment method in Settings.

If payment cannot be collected, premium study features may be suspended immediately until payment is successfully processed. You remain responsible for amounts owed.

4.6 Billing communications

We may send transactional emails about your account, including reminders approximately 24 hours before a free trial ends or before a scheduled renewal charge, and notices if payment fails.

4.7 Price changes

We may change subscription prices or plans. Price changes apply to subsequent billing periods after notice via email, in-app notice, or updated pricing pages, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of new pricing for renewal periods.

5. Acceptable use

By using this service you agree to use generated materials ethically, comply with your institution's and licensing board's academic integrity and professional standards, and not misrepresent AI output as your own work where prohibited.

You may not reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or redistribute Service content; attempt unauthorized access; interfere with the Service; use the Service to cheat on live exams or violate academic or professional rules; or use the Service in violation of applicable law. We may investigate and cooperate with authorities regarding misuse.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including software, branding, question banks, UI, and documentation, is owned by AI Software Product Solutions, LLC or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial study while your subscription is active and in good standing. You retain ownership of content you submit; you grant us a license to host, process, and display it as needed to operate the Service.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, ACCURACY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION FROM AI SOFTWARE PRODUCT SOLUTIONS, LLC OR THE SERVICE CREATES ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED HERE.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AI Software Product Solutions, LLC, its members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service or reliance on generated content, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the extent liability is not excluded, the Company's total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to the Company for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AI Software Product Solutions, LLC and its members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

10. Dispute resolution; binding arbitration; class action waiver

Informal resolution first. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at legal@anyexameasy.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days.

Binding arbitration. Except for individual claims in small claims court or for injunctive relief relating to intellectual property or unauthorized access, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, not in court, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) or JAMS, as selected by the Company. The arbitrator may award the same damages and relief a court could award on an individual basis. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

You and the Company agree that each may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding.

Opt-out. You may opt out of arbitration within thirty (30) days of first accepting these Terms by emailing legal@anyexameasy.com with your name, account email, and a clear statement that you opt out of arbitration.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which AI Software Product Solutions, LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of the arbitration agreement in Section 10.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time through Settings. We may suspend or terminate access immediately for violation of these Terms, non-payment, fraud, or to protect the Service or other users. Sections that by nature should survive termination (including payment obligations, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution) survive.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms and revise the "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated via email to the address associated with your account or through in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance unless applicable law requires otherwise.

14. Miscellaneous

Force majeure. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

Severability. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

Entire agreement. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and Disclaimers are the entire agreement between you and AI Software Product Solutions, LLC regarding the Service.

Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
